You’re Invited! For a program review and skills refresher.
Join us for the morning session and invest in yourself or a member of your team!
SESSION ONE: The Challenge of a Multi-Generational Workforce
Attendees will participate in the opening session of the Future Hartford Leadership Program and take away valuable information on operating effectively within a diverse workforce.
SESSION TWO: Working Together as a Team through Art
Participants will learn how basic artistic elements come together to work effectively in a team environment. Much like the way a group comes together, the artist will showcase how different painting techniques come together in balance to create a finished work of art similar to a group project.
