WE ARE THE COMMUNITY!

The Threshold Incorporated is a 501c(3) non-profit organization that strives to help 700 people of all ages annually with disabilities, Alzheimer's, dementia, developmental delays and those who are disadvantaged. We work with each person to help them reach their potential, and become an integral part of their community. Our focus is mainly in Washington County, WI and surrounding areas.

For over 55 years, we have been committed to providing meaningful service options that meet individual needs and promote independence, employability and inclusion within the community.
