Now you have the ability to view your energy and water use and pay your bill from your mobile device using the Hartford Utilities app. Just like you already do with MyAccount, you can spot trends,
track your usage and even receive energy-related alerts from the app. It includes easy bill pay, too.

EASY SETUP
1. Go to the app store and search for Hartford Utilities.
2. Install the app onto your mobile device.
3. Login with your existing MyAccount username and password (or create a new account).

UPDATE YOUR MYACCOUNT PHONE NUMBER FOR A CHANCE TO WIN!
1. Launch the web browser within the app
2. Click on View/Pay Bill in the menu bar at the top of the screen
3. Click on the Edit icon next to the account number at the top left of the Manage Accounts page
4. Update the Primary Phone
5. Click ‘Save Changes’
