From Spark to Ajax: Racine's Auto Industry

Did you know that the first steam-powered, self-propelled vehicle in the United States was designed and operated by Rev. Dr. J.W. Carhart of Racine? Learn about Racine's place in automotive history with special emphasis on Mitchell. This program will be presented by Allison Barr, Assistant Director and Curator of the Racine Heritage Museum.
