Description
We are proud to announce our inaugural speaker series: "Driving Boldly: Women Behind the Wheel, Under the Hood, & in the Fast Lane," celebrating the pioneering efforts of women in the automotive industry. Museum Director Dawn Bondhus Mueller will kick off the series with special guest David Lefeber and his 1929 Detroit Electric, and a light reception will follow the presentation. The Detroit Electric was driven by notable women such as Mamie Eisenhower and Clara Ford. Admission to this event is $5 per person. Future speakers will be announced soon! This series is presented in part by Central States Insurance and Westside Auto Center.
