DESCRIPTION:We are excited to announce it is our 3-Year Anniversary this month and what better way to celebrate than to have Member Appreciation Days. \n\n\n\nCome join us on Tuesday\, October 21st and Wednesday\, October 22nd from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.  We want to thank our members because without them we wouldn't be here. \n\n\n\nRefreshments will be served all day.  Spin the Wheel to Earn Raffle Prizes\, Get Personal Trainer Tips and Wellness Assessment along with Equipment Demos and "FREE" Chair Massages.  Learn about our new "FOUNDATIONS" and LES MILLS BODYPUMP" classes and more...\n\n\n\nIn honor of "Breast Cancer Awareness" month\, wear PINK and enter a special PINK   DRAWING!!\n\n\n\nWe look forward to seeing everyone.  Come\, relax\, enjoy the fun and get a good workout in too!
