DESCRIPTION:Saturday\, August 7\, 2021 is the Hartford Balloon Rally\, noon-dusk at the Hartford Municipal Airport.\n\n\n\nAdmission is free. Carry-ins are allowed\, no glass items. The Young Eagles Program has been canceled. Shuttle service begins at 4pm from the Jack Russell Memorial Library parking lot and Schauer Arts Center parking lot.\n\n\n\nPlease be advised that the balloon launch is weather dependent. Ballons will be arriving on the tarmac around 4:30pm and launch 1.5-2 hours before sunset. Please arrive early so you don't miss the launch. Following the launch\, there will be a ping pong drop and night glow.
