Description
A community celebration of the evolution of care in Hartford and surrounding communities, we invite you to recognize our past, celebrate our future and support our history of Emergency Medicine.
From an emergency appendicitis and eight bed infirmary 100 years ago, to the full-service hospital with 24/7 emergency, urgent and non-urgent medical center today, AMCWC empowers patients to live well. As the advancement of care continues to evolve, AMCWC continues to invest in the newest, most effective technologies, develop better care models and discoveries that bring the latest in medicine to the forefront of our practices and our community.
Did you know......In 2014 the Aurora Medical Center of Washington County emergency department experienced a 5.9% increase of patient activity over 2013. With 8,341 emergency department visits, with 1,631 patients arriving by ambulance.
